A fully stocked first aid box is located under the bathroom sink. To ensure it is always stocked, please inform the hosts if you use items from the box so we can restock the supplies properly.
You will have exclusive use of the entire studio, with a keyless smart lock for easy access. Both private entrances require the use of a small set of stairs. To ensure your security and protection during your stay, there is one security camera located outside the rear entrance door.
No smoking inside the unit. No pets allowed.
Check-in — 3pm.
Checkout — 10am.
All guests are required to provide their full names and photo of a valid ID.

Sailor’s Den is accessed by a touchpad at the back door.
When you first arrive please take a moment to ensure the space is clean, and the appropriate amount of linens and towels are provided. Do not hesitate to let us know of anything else that would improve your stay. Please report anything that is missing to make your stay ideal, we want to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable during your stay at Sailor’s Den.

Do not park in any of the reserved spots or block the driveway behind the building. The closest public paid parking lot is available at the Fire Department.
Both bins are located under the kitchen sink. Please discard trash bags in the outside containers behind the building. Additional trash bags are located under the sink as well. For recycling, no need to use a bag. Just ensure the glass, metal, plastic, and cardboard items are discarded in the labeled bins behind the building.
There is a red fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. The building is fully sprinkled and the space is equipped with a smoke detector.
Personal and rental bikes can be secured on the rack located behind the building near the trash and recycling bins.
Please be respectful to our sweet neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am. No parties are allowed at Sailor’s Den.
Make sure all the windows and doors are closed when rain is in the forecast or if the AC unit is in use. This helps to prevent moisture buildup in the unit. Help conserve electricity and shut off the AC unit if you are leaving Sailor’s Den for an extended period.
Detergent and dryer sheets are located in the closet next to the back door in the kitchen. Please leave the washing machine door ajar after wash so it can dry properly.
We love animals, but pets are not permitted in Sailor’s Den
If any issues arise during your stay, please contact Milo and/or Lance to help resolve the issue as soon as possible. We have a maintenance team based in Provincetown.
